I wouldn't mind picking him up but if Polk, JMac, Germie, and Giles are all back, he would probably want to go somewhere that's less crowded

Yeah I'm not sure UW needs to portal a receiver unless he's so good you can't say no. I guess it depends on Polk and McMillan. If both of them leave there's definitely an opening or two. The freshmen that only got a few snaps this year are good prospects but haven't done it in games. Boston had a bad drop against WSU but looks promising. There aren't any clear #1/2 receiver candidates though.

Well, I want Tobias then. Hopefully he’d be happy with an elevated role compared to ND knowing that the following year he’s one of the priorities. Wazzu dude wants more of the ball now and udubs not it.
 
Josh Kelly missed a golden opportunity. I was screaming for him to make the transfer to Washington even more than Cropper because he was younger and made bigger plays. At this point he's not necessary if Tobias is a good shot because we have Germie. I think J.Mac is coming back. If you're a 5-Star like Smith-Njigba who had a phenomenal Rose Bowl performance the NFL will wait. McMillan isn't there. Take the NIL and do another year.

It sounds like Rome is the only receiver leaving. Polk and McMillan returning along with Bernard and Giles.
I don’t see DJ leaving as backs are not really drafted anymore and he will make some more Bag money #NIL next year from adidas. Hopefully they grab Ward next week, which I’m sure will have a big influence on these players staying.
