There is no hope for this program. Coaches who are true winners wouldn't want to come here. They see the AD's priorities are on things other than winning. The current administration (both upper and lower campuses) is not willing to do what it takes. It never will. This university is DOOMED.gif to wallow in mediocrity, at best, for the foreseeable future.

UWAD might get lucky some time in the future and hire a shit-hot coach. He? will win big and then run off to a bigger, better program.
