That's probably the safe thinking, because Americans usually don't go for three straight terms from the same party. However, Trump will imo get exposed in a general against an experienced politician like Hilary; just look at his embarrassing love fest with Putin this week. Hilary has to be licking her lips to be able to run ads tying Trump to the Kremlin.

The way it's gone so far. Anyone who has tried to bash on Trump, gets crazy backlash from Trump. He goes full on assault, most of which is random. And Trump's ratings go up when Bush or whoever cowers.
