If you had a track record of posting on here sounding the alarm about Biden letting millions of unvetted people, many of them criminals, into the country, then your concerns now would have more validity. But you were silent
 
Hell the Jan 6th death to Republicans court put people away in prison for stepping one foot in the capital. Where was the crying and wailing by AOC then?
 
I said a few times that Biden was lax on the border. He wasn't shipping people to hell with no trial though. Maybe he should have been impeached for the border.

Unfortunately a few will slip through the cracks... it sucks but they shouldn't have been here in the first place. Hopefully they find away to release them out of prison though.

It sounds a variation of "round up the usual suspects." Fine, if they show such "credible evidence" or whatever they need to show it. Anyway, they did earlier admit fault in that court filing. A court filing has a legal burden of penalty you know, contrary to some blonde lady just talking.

No, the facts are the guy probably was mixed up with the gang, but that's not the point… he had rights anyway. She's trying a straw man end run, avoiding the mistake made while pointing out the supposed facts of gang involvement.
