And to make sure the organs are "live" this is what they do when they perform the abortion:

They make sure the feet come out first.
Take the organs out while the fetus is still alive.
Harvest anything else.
Crush the brain while the head is still inside and kill it.
 
Planned Parenthood has been the scum of the earth since they were founded. This is the first thing that's come out that might really get them in trouble though. But they are liberal royalty, so probably not.

Planned Parenthood has already issued a statement on it. I'm sure you haven't bothered to look at that though because smell test.

Snopes is calling it undetermined but you can go there to read the problems with this. Including the guy responsible for this is buddies with the guy that made the pimp Planned Parenthood video. Nothing smells about that.
