Hooray! THAT'S THE PROBLEM! Nobody in history, who was PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT (who doesn't give a shit about spending money) to investigate a potential problem ever found NO PROBLEM! They always find BIG FUCKING PROBLEMS REQUIRING THEM TO GET PAID MORE TO STUDY THE BIG FUCKING PROBLEM THEY JUST DISCOVERED.

I'm betting that the guys getting paid to study Big Bertha's big mysterious problem downtown definitely need a couple hundred more million dollars to STUDY THE FUCKING PROBLEM before it can get fixed.
