And Tosh should have been hired a long time ago for his recruiting alone
I’d even throw money at Wilcox at this point. The longer UW sticks with Lake the worse UW will fall, much like Gilby to Willingham and sticking with Ty for too long

Let’s face it, lake is the worse of the bunch
Wilcox -better improved made splash hires
Smith - better started with nothing building
Lake- sucks in over his head going down fast started with everything and pissing his opportunity away

Will he live in a rental till he saves up enuff for a townhome?

What kinda car does he drive?

Will he bring assistants with Power 5 Championship experience?

Why would anyone leave anyplace to go to the dumpster fire that is Seattle? The only place worse would be Oregon, but Phil Knight money can make that shithole sparkle like a diamond.

I agree with you and don't want Moore either.

Kalen Deboer is looking better and better. Big game for him @ UCLA next weekend.
 
Fickell is USC … his former AD is there

I’d avoid Tom Herman … too many red flags based on what I’ve heard

Chadwell and DeBoer are worth monitoring … Chadwell is doing some really strong things with Coastal

Whoever the hire they need to have some offensive chops given how the game is coaching and while not an absolute deal breaker they need to be able have had experience running their own program
