I guess you missed the part where singletary is out on bond for a violent hammer attack.
Im sure he went through all the necessary steps to get this gun and the court was fully aware he had this weapon when they let him out.
Clearly a legal gun is the problem here.

Stop lying. The issue for you is race whenever a cop or a white person shoots a black person. When it's a black person shooting another black or shooting a white, then the issue is guns.
