To this source he is probably considering someone like les miles as a big name. There is no big name right now that has his eyes on the uw job and is telling usc LSU or a school like that no.

While you make a good point about the source I think he is saying it’s a big name who would be snapped up by a bigger job if we don’t move.

For all the peapatch dipshits on this site ESPN came out with an article this fucking year where coaches claimed UW was a destination job for them.

They aren't saying that just to bullshit. They are saying it because they know they can do better than the current guy in charge.

Plus, at LSU, you almost have an automatic L every season because they have to deal with the Bama/Saban juggernaut.
