Understood, but if Joetato quits/ is removed via 25th amendment. She technically is the "acting President...
She would immediately name a Vice and the could step down as soon as the shtf and we would be left with whomever she picked.
Hilary/Big Mike/ Newsome/Whitmer? becomes president without being elected

I'm not sure how she can be acting president if not eligible to be president. I don't think that scenario has come up before.
 
The Vice president is the one who is supposed to initiate the 25th amendment, maybe she's holding out because it would cut her out and go to the Speaker as next in line.
Or.. the Dems push it and see if it flys for as long as they can get away with it.

When it comes to candidates the DNC never seems to learn. Obama was a once in a generation candidate.

Other than him it’s been deeply unlikeable functionaries like H Clinton, Biden, and Harris as those who have “waited their turn” over the last handful of cycles.
 
The next VP will be Headboard Harris. I still don't see that idiot biden stepping down. I know I can and might be totally wrong but I just don't see those in power letting go of their opportunity to continue to control the WH. Biden certainly isn't running things.

This shit simply doesn’t gain any traction even if technically true, which I would argue isn’t the case for Harris anyhow. It’s a waste of time and makes conservatives look like the conspiracy theorists that the Leftists have now mainstreamed with Putin Collusion, Trump can now legally assassinate people, and QProject2025 (which is a briefing list from one of hundreds of think tanks that exist in all sides of politics) is the official GOP platform.
