Oldest daughter who goes to U of Arizona was told to stay within a 10 block area of the house they rented in Rocky Point, MX (Puerto Peñasco)for spring break.
Apparently one of the cartel leader’s parents live nearby and they won’t allow crime. Sje also said it took her 5 minutes to get into Mexico and their passports weren’t even check 3rd year in a row there for her and friends.
