Nice letter. Extracted two paragraphs below tout the great ROI on all the previous tax increases. Leftards don't like responsibility and accountability unless it is measured by dollars taxed and spent. That is all that matters.

So, letting bums do whatever they want, shuttering schools over a cold kids didn't die from, and teaching them white people are inherently racist, and drag queen story hour is awesome wasn't a good strategy

If you have a rational mind and some common sense, then yes, it wasn't a good strategy. If you are mentally unwell, intellectually uncurious and suffering from emotional hormonal storms then the strategy is fine, it just wasn't fully funded. Just one more tax increase and trust them, it will be fixed.
 
Well, the leftist elites can't burn down valuable Seattle real estate like they did in Hawaii and Pacific Palisades.
They drive the people out any way they can.
