Service guy is here working on something. Didn't take off his shoes, and is now on the phone on a clearly personal call, which is clearly slowing him down. I'm annoyed. We keep an Asian household. @DerekJohnson

Would it be too much if I went and planted my Adidas classics in his nut sack?
 
I can't speak for the other Asian nations, but in Korea, this would be the equivalent of urinating on your living room carpet.
 
Is this a home maintenance / repair related thread? If so, I will allow it.

I think we inherited these from the bankrupt finance board.
 
The lack of respeck from tradespeople regarding removing footwear in wet weather and/or muddy climates infuriates the shit out of me. I mean I can get giving someone a pass in AZ is you have hardwoods or tile, but in the PNW in December? Fuck off you rude sum' bitches.

If your contractor does not bring his own shoe covers to a residential job, than you might have hired the wrong ese from Home Depot.

This brings up the point, is he a good contractor?

A good contractor will save you 10 years worth of the cleaning lady's salary.

It's the same reason you don't get rid of an honest mechanic just because he gets grease on the steering wheel.

That's what the car wash guy is for(which was my first job ftr @creepycoug and where I learned to argue in Spanish).
