How about the AG of Texas open an investigation into the open borders policies of the Biden Administration and find a friendly Texas grand jury to indict him for failure to protect the sovereign borders of the US, which he swore an oath to do. The case would be stronger than Bragg's.

Problem is you can't try fed crimes in a state court unless you are in DC. Somehow magic happens in DC.
