Fuck my life. I can’t get ribs like that here in CdA. Pisses me off. I’m doing a brisket today tho, so it’s not all bad. Except for the fact that my smoker took a shit this morning, so I’m having to finish the brisket in my sous vide

I get these at Costco in Dallas, $10/lb
Costco here can’t even get them, unfortunately. I’ve been told beef ribs like that are as good as bbq gets, but I’ve never had them. I’m hoping to have them in Houston next weekend
Can confirm. With as good as brisket can be cooked over true mesquite charcoal at 225 for 12 hrs on the Weber Smokey Mountain, beef ribs can be even better than the brisket. If you are cooking with pellets you're doing it wrong. #BBQSuperiorityGuy
