Fuck my life. I can’t get ribs like that here in CdA. Pisses me off. I’m doing a brisket today tho, so it’s not all bad. Except for the fact that my smoker took a shit this morning, so I’m having to finish the brisket in my sous vide

Before we came back to SC we played almost 3 hrs of paintball. Fun shooting my kids except I felt bad when I had to shoot my princess. (Not talking about TOF).
I’m fucking old now, and the crazy meds make my bones ache, but couldn’t say no to a game of hoops with the heathens and nephew the next day.
Next day we flew out of Dallas and stopped off at Meow Wolf (Wish I was high for this but still a trip) and then walked the mall so 3 hrs on my feet. Catch flight and get back at 10pm and drive from ATL. Sleep at 2am finally after over thinking the game.
Kids up at 9am to open gifts as we were gone over a week.
Then go clean the rental one last time before the tenants move in. 4 hrs worth…
I’m too fucking exhausted to be nervous though a muscle relaxor would be amazing right now.

Costco here can’t even get them, unfortunately. I’ve been told beef ribs like that are as good as bbq gets, but I’ve never had them. I’m hoping to have them in Houston next weekend

Ts and Ps for real. Ask for a plate rib, I assume a butcher can get it.
Any decent BBQ spot will have them, but they sell out so go for an early lunch and ask for a beef rib. One rib is a whole meal (~1.5lbs), so either share or don’t get much else.
