One name I think would be a good hire for the Beavs - Justin Fuente at Memphis. His first year was miserable (9th AAC), his 2nd year his team gave both Ole Miss and UCLA a challenge deep into the 4th quarter, and then they ran through and won the AAC. Was the OC and QB coach for Dalton at TCU. No clue if he's on their list, but I think he's a real up-and-comer in the same vein as McElwain
