Does this methodology factor in everything each program has done from the dawn of time?

Coaches always liked UW more

You initially are surprised by Florida State, given that they were a women's college until 1947 and didn't start getting really good until the late 1970s; but then you remember their 14-year straight finishes inside the top 5. That's hard to do and buys them a lot of juice.

If jimbo fisher is capable of winning a national title at your school, it’s a machine. Poorly managed but it’s easy win there.
