Newsmax to pay $67 million settlement in Dominion Voting Systems defamation case

You know…I just don’t get it. You have legal scholars like @Sledog on this board that have all this great evidence from these guys on X and yet Dominion keeps winning these settlements. And they didn’t need President Trumps help to extort their opponents in the case either.

“You’re lying…:but here’s 67 milllion so we can stop talking about it”. Sounds like Newsmax, like many posters on here, know that Dominion was rigged but just couldn’t produce actual evidence it was rigged.

In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been mired in controversy after a human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar and congressman Mark Pocan warned about reports of machines “switching votes,” “undisclosed vulnerabilities,” and “improbable” results that “threaten the integrity of our elections.”

What I have posted has little to do with dominions case. Their system is easily manipulated and yes they cheat via dominion machines and change vote tallies. Many people have access to the data and I've posted videos of election officials breaking the seals on the machines and changing data cards just as one example.

Dems in 2017: Russia fixed the 2020 election for Trump because the Dominion machines were subject to hacking and the Russians hacked them to get Trump elected.
Dems in 2025: The Dominion machines weren't hacked and are incapable of being hacked backed by impeccable security.
That's the type of leftards we are dealing with.
