This is not a 1st amendment issue. As a reporter Acosta is free to write whatever he wants. No one is preventing him from doing so. Being a reporter does not mean you get access to presidential press conferences. Especially when you behave like an asshat.

The government does not have the right to remove you for being an asshat. CNN has the right to fire him for stupid shit he says.

I disagree. You do not get to be an asshat in the white house unless your name is Obama.

So any reporter gets white house access? Nope. I also don't think the judicial branch has the power to manage presidential press functions. It's only a temporary order.

I know asshats. I have the best asshats. There are asshats on many sides. Under my administration, the swamp will be drained of the worst kinds of asshats and I will raise up new asshats in their place.
