We knew this was coming. Jack Smith case is illegal and he was improperly appointed. A great day! Glad it didn't take 5 years for SCOTUS to strike. We need to speed this process up for all unconstitutional laws/actions the left commits. We need to set up a prompt hearing when constitutional rights are taken from the people. The left does this constantly with gun control at the state level to impose their schemes and it takes years to get a ruling while the rights of the citizens are violated. That type of case should be a priority.

A DC judge in concert with Jack Smith and a DC biased jury would find an “unofficial” act on which to convict Trump.

The lower court will say the indictment is an unofficial act. Then that ruling will come back to the supreme court for opinion. All of that before a trail. This shit is over.

So, if Trump wins the dems current immunity position (immunity for dems but not republicans) the dems position is that we can drag barry into a friendly republican jurisdiction and charge barry and Holder with the death of the border patrol officer killed as a result of their Fast and Furious Mexico gun running operation as they viewed the operation as a political operation to achieve 2A political changes. Or charge Biden with the murder of the 13 soldiers as a result of the Afghanistan bug out because he viewed the bug out as a political contribution for his re-election.
