It's hopeless trying to explain this to a trumptard… you don't understand the separation of executive and judiciary (Trump doesn't either)… but it's because in general the U.S. doesn't transfer anybody from here to concentration camps abroad. Does that sound like us? Legally though, there is not justification for it, and the result was delivered today backing that up.
