Looks like UW is his 3rd offer thus far, after UCLA and Virginia. Looks raw, but he has great top-end speed, and seems to have uncanny ankle and hip flexion in order to turn the corner very sharply. UW and Coach Pete seem to have a good relationship with JSerra (Even though I think they just got a new coach).

Unfortunately the brother is currently a WR, although he's listed already at 6'4" 210 so you'd think he could make the switch to DE if puts on a bit of weight. I just couldn't pass up the word play.

I don't see how it matters. They even got a new coach a few months ago I think, so unless you think the environmental factors of JSerra will influence his skill and talent level, then there really is no comparison.
