No, regardless. + keep in mind the stupid Pac12 contractual obligations (I think 2 conf games min per team need to be on p12?). The bottom top team v bottom feeder games (Oregon-Stanford, uw-asu) are always going to be on p12. This guarantees that UW-beav, UW-Utah, UW-coug, etc are going to be in one of the prime slots
