Generally it is a corrected over bite which is genetic. I've got no problem with plastic surgery if done well. Just like I have no problem correcting my near sightedness with a laser. Same with coloring your hair and wearing some makeup and a nice tan. Big no on tats and piercings though.

They are free to do what they want. But if you want fake boobs in your face, buy a couple of water balloons. Much cheaper, and don’t come with any baggage.😉
