I'll bet the shitty "conservative" districts don't have white proficency numbers anywhere near as bad as the black proficiency numbers in San Francisco, Oakland, or Chicago. In fact, I'll bet the numbers for white students for any state in the country aren't as bad as they are for blacks in California.

And Seattle's numbers aren't great at all. They're just better, and in some cases WAY better, than the black proficiency scores in most of those "conservative" districts. But Seattle's white proficiency scores are higher than in those "conservative" districts too. Achievement Gap!!!

Nope. Though the Seattle black number is just a few ticks below the white scores in the two Colorado districts mentioned. You could pull up the report yourself.
