Not that she needs to be exactly like Mike Lude... But Mike Lude in his first week on the job wouldn't be in the locker room celebrating a shaky win against San Jose State fer crissakes. He'd be like, "We've got a lot of work to do."

Hard to tell from that angle but they could be culottes:
