Tillicum Jr High School, 7th grade dance, this song comes on, and I had to muster all my courage to cross the floor and ask a girl named Usha Jumani to dance.

How could you know she'd become a shrill congresswoman from MN?

Huh? She was/is Indian.

I just looked her up; she's a sales exec in CA.

She had little interest in me.

When everyone was going around getting people to sign their yearbooks, I excitedly went up to her and handed her mine. She wrote, and I quote:
