Read a history book. Carter is far from the worst president. Not to mention the guy that was in office for 2 unfunded wars and the worst recession since the 30s.

6. William Henry Harrison - first president to die in office and leaving an inept veep in charge of the country. Was president for the month.
7. Herbert Hoover - Black Friday, start of depression on his watch.
8. Jimmy Carter - Inflation, Iran Hostage Crisis, the helicopter and Billy.
9. Benjamin Harrison - Unlike his grandfather, he stayed in office long enough to be considered a shitty president.
10. Zachary Taylor - 2nd president to die in office and leave us a shitty veep.
