Everything I've read is that he's a heavy Stanford lean but if he picks anywhere else it would be UW (the same sentiments were thought about McGrew and UCLA a week before he committed to UW so there may be hope).

Has he even visited UW posed with the Petersen cardboard cutout yet or is he 100% to Stanford?

It would be nice to pick up a surprise WR commit because that looks like the one position (other than QB) where we might be having some trouble pulling in talent this recruiting cycle.

I think he announced today that it was between BYU and Stanford. If he's smart he won't make the same mistake as Jake Heaps

The only mistake jake heaps made was sucking at football. It didn't matter where he went. I am glad he did not go to Uw.

But he could have sucked at football getting a Stanford education, at least for a couple of years.

I'm sure Heaps would've defeated Oregon State, unlike Montana, when Price was injured.

Then again, Kim said Sark wanted Montana, not Heaps, so he must've been content to only win 7 games that year.

Have you watched heaps play. He was the worst rated qb in college football for much of the year that started at Kansas. They had a wr starting over him. And he sucked at byu where he was beat out by a glorified db there too. I don't think most people around understand how bad he was. It wasn't a lack of coaching or anything like that. He truly did just suck.

I am remembering how bad Montana sucked though too fair poont. Connor Holliday was really the best of the three we could have signed that year and that is shameful.

Yes, I've watched Heaps and Heaps sucked, but do people forget Heaps beat us in 2010 when he split starting duties with Riley?

Yeah, Heaps beat Sark in 2010 as a true freshman (and then immediately lost their next 4 games).

Who was the last great Samoan receiver?

Made a Tuaolo joke at bar in Corvallis pregame in '03. Bartender was Samoan...not one of my better ideas.
