4* Quarterback turns down Georgia and Michigan to play for... Toledo!

Take a smallish bag now and play early and put up big numbers. Turn that into +$1m when you are ready to be handed a power 4 job. It's not a bad roadmap.

Or… On his recruiting trip he may have met up with Toledo's version of a "Husky Honey"
 
Toledo is a special place with special people. That said please respect my decision to reopen my recruitment.
 
Feel like I've seen a few bigger recruits in recent year who commit early to the local smaller hometown school only to then go to some douchy school - the Iowa OT who keeps flipping between Bama and Iowa, Rushing the DE from Tucson who was committed to Arizona and eventually signed with Oregon and the Boise WR who ended up signing with Oregon. If you're not 110% just gonna go to the local school don't do that shit.
The Boise WR is mormon and I think immediately left on a mission so smart move if he got a bag to sign with Oregon and will just go somewhere else after his mission.
