3 Reasons the Oregon Ducks should be preseason ranked #1 in nation

Someone needed to tell the dumb fucks that barely function over there at UO marketing that you no longer need to lobby for preseason rankings since it's a 12 team playoff now. Ohio State could blow out their ass in Autzen and at Lucas Oil and they could still easily qualify.
 
Would I care if UW was preseason #1? Sure
Would it matter? No
Do I have anymore questions? NO
 
Lanning, Gabriel and their incoming transfers are getting a more than healthy amount of optimism putting them at #3, and I can live with it. Any higher than that is a massive stretch. It was a rare actually listenable string of words that came out of Danny O'Neil's mouth recently when he was the first person to question why it's just assumed Dillon Gabriel will be a world beater at his new school and in the Big 10.
 
A totally calculable and reliable thing that Twitter quooks like to State as fact is that Gabriel is also from Hawaii and will channel the spirit of Marcus Mariota this season.
Will Howard that actually won a conference championship in Gabriel's old conference and has the most loaded Ohio State roster in a decade has no clue what kind of Koa Warrior he's about to get shit stomped by.
