Pulled this gem today from the farm in regards to them firing their defensive coordinator even though their offense sucked in the game Saturday.

The offense finished 7th in points per game, but we would have scored more with a reliable kicker and a defense that could provide good field position. With those this offense would have scored at least 5 points per game more and been 3rd in this stat behind Oregon and Cal.

In Leach's defense he lost several valuable starters from last years defense due to graduation. For a successful season you need a balanced team and that wasn't there when the season started. If Cougar fans are calling for Coach Leach's head they're crazy. He'll come back from this. And he'll bring the team with him.

HERE'S A CUOG GEM............But in my mind, given everything that went wrong, we out played the dawgs everywhere but the score board. Yes I’m disappointed. But after 50 years of being a cougar, I’m sure I will be again. And for all you fans out there, Walmart is having a sale on UW fan gear. Better stock up for next year.
