Biden has two large holes in his head from brain aneurisms, which is why he says really stupid things way too often. So he's funny...I'll give him that....but it's more of a laughing at him rather than with him kinda way.

I give Obama credit on that one. Is there a better way to look smarter than he really is? Standing next to and being compared against a certified moron is a pretty good way to enhance his own appearance in the media's eyes.
