Good thing there were no mass shootings when Obama was in office. And why is Uruguay warning against visiting Rat run cities?

Did you think this was a blight on all of America or were you trying to blame Trump? Detroit, Baltimore and Albuquerque are all dem strong holds and have been for decades. If I were a foreigner I would appreciate knowing not to visit dem shit holes.
