I saw this. I mean, if you have a great staff then why not?
I've read someone on X all summer that claims to know Fisch while he was at Arizona and also has ties to the program and has been swearing that the staff as a whole is better, especially at DB and defense. Also that Demond is the guy.

i don't think we could get a better staff offensively unless our OC can adjust to weather conditions. That was my only complaint of grub. But in the moment it was a big one.

The defensive staff was not great especially in the secondary.

Had Deboer stayed, he would have replaced at least two of his Defensive Coaches.

Which 2? CBs and IDL? Those are the only 2 on that who either didn’t go with or get a job promotion at a different school so I guess I just answered my own question.
