If true it shows you what real corruption looks like. It would also highlight just how stupid the liberal elites can be and what they think of the little people. To make a purchase like that in the middle of a war when your husband is traveling around the world begging for cash would be an extreme slap in the face of the little people.

I have a feeling this isn't accurate- mainly due to the lack of VAT listed on the invoice (EU Mandate).
