George Foreman? His German Shepherds were a big reason why the people of Zaire rooted for Muhammed Ali while they were living there for a significant time leading up to the fight. Apparently that country had been occupied by Belgians whom regularly used German Shepherds to keep the native population in order. However, unlike Joe Biden's dog, George Foreman's didn't bite or attack anyone.
Whose dog is it? The dementia patient showered with his daughter who turned out a sex addict and he raised a crack addict son. You take a kid and then have it raised by a never ending series of foster parents who are in it only for the money and they often turn out feral. Having the dementia patient "own" a dog is dog abuse.
No bad dogs only bad dog owners is a fact
And like I said, there is no dog owner in this case. Just foisted off on a series of caretakers that are scared of dogs, in this case deservedly so.
