I've heard many on the right say that she is supposed to support Trump's agenda. Wrong. Judges are supposed to rule based on the law. No legislating from the bench.
The problem is that ACB has not been following the Constitution and the immigration statutes on a consistent basis. Kavanaugh at times had been problematic and Chief Justice Roberts has been more than problematic. The Supreme Court made a great 2A ruling in Heller and then has let the states and US District Courts chip away at the decision with no support from Roberts on granting certiorari on states banning AR-15s and magazine capacity restrictions.
