I don't think Price is getting enough blame. the o-line is getting too much blame. even when healthy, price is a disaster. He misses so many open receivers downfield its silly. he himself handicaps this offense tremendously. the running game has been there all year, the play action and explosive plays haven't.

Sark should graduate with price at the end of the year.
 
You still have a shitty DL, a sissified TE, your best receiver gets zero separation, your fast receivers have a contagious form of the dropskees, and you have a toddler for a head coach. I thought after the Stanford game, UW had turned a corner. Unfortunately no, it's just a different lipstick color on the same ugly pig. Mariota might be sparkly makeup, but you need to fix the model not the accessory.
 
Let's connect the dots.

Real football teams have a game simulated scrimmage in front of fans in the Spring. UW had a glorified practice with a goal post target throwing contest. YAY!!!

Real football teams have an identity and stick to it, because it's what they do best. UW hasn't had an identity since Tui's final year at QB.

Real football teams demand excellence and get pissed over the little things. UW is more concerned about "the journey" and little things like penalties are considered overrated.

Until these things are addressed I don't care who your QB is, this team isn't going to sniff a 10 win season!!!

Sugarsteel... we know this a troll post. for all the KP haters sark has no answer to replace him after 4 recruiting classes and he was the Qb genius and great recruiter, And all the socal connections. clearly he doesn't believe cyler can get it done right now. Koehler being out there was unfair to the guy, it was an utter disaster out there.
 
Sark wouldn't let Mariotta run. He'd force him to stay in the pocket and throw it into the stands if nobody was open in the .4 seconds he would have until the DL had all 3 rushers in his face.

That said, Mariotta is so much better than Price. He's the best QB in the country by a decent margin.
 
Puppy Love, here is a hint the problem isn't the QB.

The problem is the head coach and piss poor OL.

Mariotta is a stud and much better than Price. However, a QB can only do so much. He can't overcome shitty coaching and shitty OL play.
 
Price is accurate when healthy. Price gets ass kicked by shitty offensive line play. Price becomes inaccurate. Price Develops trust issues. Sark is one of the best play callers in america. Lather rinse repeat.
