If you don't accept that uncle Phil pays to slow down timers and add lead to the husky players' feet for their drills then I can't help you.

Theres also the "rumor" thathe has a steady supply of Taco Bell and crispy cream delivered to the rooms where husky players wait to run their drills.
 
I blame larry scott. If he hadn't ruined pac12 revenue the Dawgs would have had enough bags to afford real draft prep instead of letting local charity case trainers do it for some free pub.
