I'm hearing that everyone ought to be proud that they only lost by 14 (and gave up 49 points) to mighty USC. They played hard and didn't give up after being down big. Also, RichRod is a really good coach given it's Arizona. Might as well be happy with 8-4. It's the 8th or 9th most appealing job in the Pac. Hold that 2014 Pac 12 South trophy up high (I think SUC was ineligible that year....). I'm also hearing there's no excuse for Arizona Stadium not to be overflowing with people when 1-9 Oregon State comes to town. C'mon people!
 
8-4 in Tucson is statue worthy. The fN base has already moved on to round ball though.

Arizona fans should feel real thankful to have Rich Rodriguez. It's not like he gets paid very much either. When the defense gets its act together watch out. 2019 is going to be special.

RichRod knows he can get by with 7-5 seasons there based on what he did at West Virginia like 12 years ago against a weak conference. The weather is good from October through mid May, he has the cash to bypass the large trashy swaths of Tucson, and he can draw 3 stars from Texas and California to stay competitive. It's not a bad gig. In the SEC, even Kentucky fans will send you death threats for sucking.
 
Actually a much as I hate them rich rod has the greatest offense in the land. Assuming you have 2 good running QBs

Because at least one of those fuckers gets jacked up.
