Why would you sue someone over Russian disinformation?

Hard to believe that 51 US intelligence people were so wrong about the laptop. It's almost like they really aren't very intelligent or honest. Of course, Tucker, who isn't a real journalist, actually had on witnesses to vouch for the authenticity of the data and that the laptop was actually Hunter's. So, me not being a credentialed US intelligence person or a CNN, MSLSD, NY Times or Washington Post employee knew that this wasn't Russian disinformation. Being a leftard means never having to say your sorry for being a lying dumb shit.
 
When the Crackhead left his computer he should have read the the repair agreement. Should he not return to retrieve within a certain number of days, the laptop was now the property of the owner.
