Why ND shouldn't have to vacate wins

Vacating wins is stupid in general. The games happened, no team ND lost to cares about their charity win.

The only one who should care is Brian Kelly for his legacy and maybe he won't get some bonuses from the vacated wins.
 
If it isn't performance enhancing then vacating wins is idiotic.

Reggie Bush's parents getting a nicer house didn't make Reggie a better running back.

Kids that aren't smart enough or are too lazy to do class work don't become better if you do their homework for them.

Vacating wins doesn't result in a transfer (of the win) to the other team. It stays an L.

**And, yes, I remember DJ's first RB season.

It only penalizes the coach. ie Bobby Bowden. And his overall W-L record.
