When a team fucks up like that.... The 1st round status is autmatically defaulted to a 5th round flyer, which would have been the proper pick. They gave up the Farm for him when they could have had Watson. Chiefs gonna Chef I suppose.
 
In the online recap of the Soloman Thomas pick yesterday it said he was the highest drafted Stanford player ever. They either fired too many people or not enough.
 
I get no one from the defensive side as the whole conference has went to the arena football model (first team to 60 wins), but you'd think one of the wr's would be talented enough (they all have great looking numbers so that's no issue) to have been a first rounder.
 
I watched Mahomes twice and both times he threw for like 550+ it was nuts. He might make a few bad throws but he has some grande nutz.

As a non NFL GM I would want Mahomes over Trubisky or any other qb except Watson
