Jim Mora, in shorts and a long-sleeve T-shirt, is running the stairs here at the Rose Bowl, just over 90 minutes before kickoff.

I know it's something small but if you are a player who prides himself on being a hard worker you are going to choose Mora over Sark every time. Hell Jack basically said that this week in an interview despite Doog revisionist history that we had no shot at him.
 
The longer Mora is there the more players will love playing for him.

While the longer Sark is there the more players will think he's a joke. You can tell the players don't respect him.

I guarantee if he is fired you'll see several players come out to bash on him like we saw with Lambright and Ty.
