Where is the board for a higher level of discussion?

I checked this site out and must say I'm very disappointed. Where is the higher level discussion board for me, f3, Kimmy, Ektard, S14afs and Coachnews to eat nachos, circle jerk and stroke each others'....egos? Really a shame.

Also, is there a whine and cheese board to get recommendations from F3 for fried chicken joints and strip clubs? I expected more.
