The top up and coming coach in the nation could be gone and could take his top staff...

Top transfers/recruits could also be gone because of this...

What other recent program has went through this and how were there next few seasons?
 
Iowa will be looking to add UW as one of it's 5 shitty permanent rivals.
 
This is all Chris Peterman's fault. He was supposed to be the man for the next 15 years. West coast guy, not a ladder climber, elite coach. Never done shit or had any interest doing anything east of Boise.
