Take your thumb and index finger and pinch your forehead vertically just above your eyebrows helps to work the tension out. Then a big cup of coffee or two. Works for me.

I'll try it. The caffeine has been flowing. That helps a lot for me. Excedrin and coffee.

Actually there is somethig to this. If you followed the FLCCC.net's work on treating covid, lots of mouthwash is at the top of their list.

Also, Excedrin is the ONLY thing that that works for me on migraines. I think it has to do with the caffeine.

Although my first bout needed Muculex Max as it was more of a respiratory battle. But the key ingredient was the same.
