Noteworthy:
  1. Three of top 4 are B1G
  2. Pollsters reacted to lethargic performances (UGA, Clemson, Cock) while rewarding impressive outings against P4 squads (Illinois, OU, Oregon).
  3. Notre Dame moved up to #8 following its bye and loss to Miami. 0-1 at Notre Dame is special.
  4. S. Florida rumbles into the rankings at #18. But will either of their wins be impressive in a few weeks? Boise is mid and Florida is about to get mogged with the hardest schedule in P4.
  5. Washington warrants a few votes if the likes of Navy, Memphis, and Tulane are garnering some. And it's ridiculous that Vanderbilt has only 1 vote after plungering Vag Tech on the road in a night game, no less.

Didn't even get a vote. Michigan is still getting a free ride off the 23 playoffs. I guess winning is better than coming in 2nd.
Washington needs to beat a team with a pulse. They are getting noticed for curb stomping the little sisters of the poor but need to see more

22-25 seems about right but then again we haven't played anyone and the entire thing is dumb until 4-5 conference games are played by everyone.
Unfortunately September now is just this game.
Having our QB/WR/RB combo I think Washington should get talked about as a top 3-5 team in the conference but whatever.
 
I'm not gonna worry about the Top 25 yet. Beat Coug and see what we do against Ohio State. What is the rationale for having USC ahead of UW though?
 
Of all the overrated teams, why single out an unranked USC that's leading the nation in yards per carry and

If my decoder ring is right, SP+ would favor USC by 5, FEI 4, KFORD 9, Sagarin 1-2.
